    Bern has been slinging ink here at Rising Dragon since 2008. He was born and raised in Portland Maine. He is a graduate of the Maine College Of Art.
    He aims to master his mediums. Graffiti being his true passion is what led him to Tattooing in 2000. He underwent a two year apprenticeship in Columbus,
    Ohio at All City Tattoo. Upon completion of his apprenticeship he was such a talented artist that he landed himself a job at Tattoo Seen in the Bronx.
    Where for the next six years he honed his skills. After that he came to work here at Rising Dragon where he has been a welcome addition to our crew,
    and for the past two years has been slinging some great ink to our happy customers. His new website:
